Code Of Business Ethics

This Code of Business Ethics (“Code”) sets out the principles and standards by which all employees, consultants, vendors, candidates, clients and business partners of FutureSoft must abide.

  • Identification & Disclosure: You must disclose to your manager or FutureSoft’s relevant internal contact any actual or potential conflict of interest — personal or professional — that might influence your judgment.

  • Mitigation & Resolution: Conflicts must be managed in a way that prioritises the interests of FutureSoft, its clients, vendors and stakeholders — maintaining objectivity and impartiality.

  • Avoidance of Bias: Do not allow personal interests or outside relationships to affect business decisions or actions.

4. Protection of Confidential & Personal Information
  • Confidentiality Obligations: We safeguard confidential business information belonging to FutureSoft, our clients, vendors and partners.

  • Personal Information Protection: In line with our Privacy Policy, we treat personal data (including identifiers, professional and financial information) with care and in accordance with law and our internal protocols.

  • Data Handling & Security: We follow our data-handling processes, apply reasonable technical and organizational measures, and limit access to those who require it for legitimate business purposes.

5. Fair Competition and Anti-Corruption
  • Fair Competition: We compete boldly and fairly — never engaging in anti-competitive behaviour such as price-fixing, market allocation or bid-rigging.

  • Consequences of Violations: Violations of this Code or related policies may result in disciplinary action — up to and including termination of engagement — and may also invoke legal consequences.

9. Training, Continuous Improvement & Code Review
  • Training & Education: FutureSoft provides regular training on ethical standards, compliance obligations and the practical application of this Code.

  • Code Review & Update: This Code will be reviewed periodically and revised as necessary to reflect evolving laws, regulations, best practices and organisational values.

  • Individual Responsibility: While this Code provides an important framework, it cannot anticipate every situation. You are expected to use good judgement, seek guidance when in doubt, and always act consistently with our values.
