Summary:

FutureSoft is seeking a QA Engineer who ensures the quality and reliability of our software products. You’ll design and execute test plans, automate testing workflows, and collaborate closely with developers and product owners to deliver bug-free, efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for functional, integration, and regression testing

  • Automate testing pipelines using tools like Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright

  • Conduct performance, stress, and load testing to evaluate system behavior and identify bottlenecks

  • Log, track, and validate defects and verify fixes

  • Work with development teams to implement quality best practices

  • Participate in continuous improvement of QA processes and test automation frameworks

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent

  • 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance

  • Hands-on experience with automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, etc.)

  • Proficiency in at least one programming/scripting language (JavaScript, Python, Java, etc.)

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

  • Familiarity with CI/CD workflows and testing in a DevOps environment
