Summary:

As a Technical Project Manager at FutureSoft, you will lead cross-functional delivery teams to deliver software and cloud transformation projects. You will ensure timely delivery, manage project scope, and coordinate stakeholders to align on business and technical goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define project roadmap, scope, timeline, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders

  • Coordinate engineering, design, QA, and operations teams to ensure successful delivery

  • Track progress using Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and manage sprint cycles

  • Identify, mitigate, and escalate risks as needed

  • Communicate project status, dependencies, and outcomes to senior leadership and clients

  • Facilitate resource planning and ensure teams have what they need to deliver

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

  • 5+ years of experience managing technical/software projects

  • Strong understanding of software development processes and cloud architectures

  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana)

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

  • Agile or PMP certification is a plus
